Yes, bank account can be changed with prior intimation and a lead time of seven days it takes to reflect in the system as it involves escrow account mechanism.

User friendly Investor Dashboard will always give picture of what is due, what has been received and what is outstanding and apart from this timely intimation will be given via SMA/WhatsApp/Email mode and you can always reach to your dedicated portfolio manager for any queries.

If borrower's default beyond 60 days, the loan is placed for collection and best efforts will be made to recover the loan at the earliest and disburse funds received from the borrower to respective investors based on their share of holding.

Yes, there are two limitations: a. you cannot invest beyond 50K to any dedicated borrower and b. you cannot lend more than ten lakhs across P2P platforms.

When the respective EMIs paid, amount will be deposited in your LenTM wallet through which you can easily transfer to your bank account.

We normally do not allow any pre-closure of the loans if it is first time by the borrower, however if the borrower is a repeat customer, pre-payments are allowed on payment of certain fee which is passed on to the investor to compensate for the pre-closure of loans.

Auto Invest is LenTM proprietary software which auto allocates the money to be invested across the borrowers based on the pre-set criteria and risk appetite of the investor and it auto balances the portfolio based on performance and on the changes made by investor in-between.

LenTM does not guarantee on the amount invested, instead it provides the best of analytics, technology, support and guidance so that attractive returns can be earned, and risk minimised.

It will take maximum of three days to have your profile listed once all the documents are verified offline mode.

We only ask three documents, PAN card, Address proof document and latest 3 months bank statement.

Apart from mandatory CIBIL score, we also deploy social and behavioural analytics to map the risk profile of borrowers.

On registration, you can browse through the system to understand how it works. On profile activation, loan requirements posting can be started immediately and profile activation completion is dependent on verification in offline mode.

Once your request is active, two possibilities arise:

a. Auto Invest Option: Loan amount requested at a said interest rate are matched automatically and request sent to Investors to accept/reject the proposal

b. Manual Borrow Option: Borrower to manually select and send a request to investors and based on acceptances/rejection next steps will follow

Yes, if at least 60% of the fund requirements are not met within 15 days from date of loan posting, request will expire automatically and borrower eligible to post again after cooling period of 60 days.

Yes, at any point of time during loan tenure bank account can be changed with nominal charges.

Once your loan is active, the system will send automatic remainders via SMS, WhatsApp and email so that you are aware of timelines and ensure adequate funds in the account.

If you miss out on any EMI, penalty charges are applicable and if EMI remains unpaid beyond 60 days, loan will be referred to collections.

If you are taking loan for the first time, pre-closure is not allowed, however if you are a repeat customer, pre-closure is allowed based on certain conditions and you can get in touch with your dedicated portfolio managers to find out more.
